Once you have completed your booking, your e-ticket will be sent automatically by email within a few minutes. Please also check your spam folder.
If you made a mistake when booking or would like to change your payment method, please contact our support team immediately. We will check whether an adjustment is still possible.
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. You can also view your booking at any time on our website under “My bookings.” If you have any questions, we will be happy to help.
Once your cancellation has been successfully processed, your refund will be handled in accordance with the airline’s terms and conditions. Depending on the provider, this can take 7–14 days. Our team will keep you informed about every step of the process.
